SYROS Marine offers full or part crew management services for all ranks of crew. We can manage crew onboard all your ships or we can provide crew management services. Our experienced Crew Managers offer a quality, cost-effective service, which can include:
- Dedicated Crew coordinator, Crew selection and vetting, Maintenance of crew records
- Crew scheduling, Crew travel, Crew budgets
- Payroll administration, Management reporting, Out of hours service and emergency response
A dedicated SYROS Marine Coordinator provides continuity to run the crew management contract, while an out-of-hours (24/7) emergency contact is available to resolve all crew related issues.
